The website is only available to individuals who meet Spektra's eligibility and electronic payment requirements, namely those holding a valid credit card issued by a bank accepted by Spektra. Products available on the website, including any samples or gifts with purchases that Spektra may offer you, are for personal use or gifts only. You may not sell or resell any products you purchase or otherwise obtain from Spektra.
Products offered for sale on the website are subject to acceptance and availability. If, for any reason, we are unable to provide a particular product(s) after you have placed an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and cancel your order entirely.
Please note that you can order a maximum of 14 units of the product.
All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including inaccuracies or errors in the product or pricing information, our inability to obtain authorization to collect payment, because there are delivery restrictions applicable to a particular item, because the requested item does not meet our quality control standards and is being withdrawn, because you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in the terms and conditions, or because of any other problem we discover.

All credit card payments are subject to data verification and authorization by the card issuer. If your credit card issuer declines authorization, we will not be liable for any delays or non-delivery. We will cancel your order and may contact you to arrange an alternative payment method.
The details on the credit card used for payment must exactly match the cardholder information on file with the card issuer. Your payment will be approved and held pending when you place your order, and the amount will be debited from your account once Spektra has processed your order. You also confirm that the credit card used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the cardholder to use it.
No credit card data will be stored, sold to, displayed to, or rented to any third parties except as it relates to our online payment gateway provider.
4- Delivery
Spektra handles product delivery within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in our estimation, your order is expected to arrive within two (2) to seven (7) business days from the date your order is confirmed via email, depending on your region.
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be added to the product prices and will be displayed separately in your local currency on the order form during the payment check and review process.
If no one is available to receive the order, you will have the option to arrange an alternative delivery time or obtain additional information about receiving your order from the delivery company. If you are unable to receive your order on the second delivery attempt, you may have to pay an additional delivery fee for any further delivery attempts.
Orders are delivered from Saturday to Thursday, excluding Friday and public holidays.

Neither party shall have the authority to bind the other party or incur obligations on its behalf without the other party's prior written consent. Neither party is authorized to act as an agent or representative of the other party or on behalf of the other party in any capacity other than expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions.
