We have facilitated the return or exchange process for you through the following procedures:

1-the policy of the period of return or replacement of purchases

- Return and Exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.

2-return or exchange policy for purchases

– This policy applies to the product being in its closed packaging and in the same original condition at the time of purchase.

- Upon return, all accessories and gifts received with the product must be returned with the purchase in their original packaging.

- In case of return or exchange, the customer must deliver the product to Spectra in compliance with the above conditions.

3-return and Exchange procedures and locations:

- The original purchase invoice must be attached at the start of the replacement or return of the products.

4-return methods:

- The customer has the option to refund the value of his purchases or replace them with another product at the customer's choice.

- To recover the value of purchases made by credit cards or bank checks, the amount will be refunded through the customer's bank account within fourteen (14) business days and the customer must follow up the payment procedures through the bank branch with which he deals.

5-exceptions that are not covered by the return and Exchange Policy:

- Damage caused by misuse.

- The serial numbers of the product, the original carton, the colors or any other appearance do not match the product when received during the purchase process and as written in the purchase invoice.

- Spectra is not responsible for the loss of any customer data during the replacement or return process.

7. other terms and conditions:

- The customer has the right to receive the purchased items within a maximum period of one month from the date of purchase.

- In case of postponement of the receipt of the product by the customer, the customer has the right to request the storage service of the purchased items at Spectra for a fee of 10% of the total value of the stored products for each month stored.

- In case of postponement of the receipt of the product by the customer, Spectra has the right to add 10 % of the total value of the stored products for each month of delay in receipt to be collected in cash from the customer.

- In case the product is returned due to a defect in the product, a defect from the manufacturer, as a result of damage during the delivery of the product, or due to incorrect / wrong product delivery, additional shipping service fees or bank transfer fees (SR 25) will not be charged.

-If the order is placed in installments with tabi or Tamara and the order is canceled during the regular delivery period, the customer will bear a fee of 10%of the order value.
